This year Dharmniti celebrated 70th anniversary of establishment and moving to the new office building on 178 Soi Permsap (Prachachuen 20) , Prachachuen road , Bangsue , Bangkok . Back in 1947 or B.E. 2490 Dharmniti was found by Mr. Pradit Premyothin as a law office named “Dharmniti” and decided to establish to be Company Limited in 1978 and in 1996 the company transformed itself into “Dharmniti Public Company Limited”.
For 70 years , the company had a long famous history and well respected business operation. ในปี พ.ศ. 2560 ธรรมนิติจะฉลองครบรอบวาระ 70 ปี รวมทั้งการย้ายที่ทำการใหม่มายังอาคารธรรมนิติ เลขที่ 178 ถนนประชาชื่น 20 เขตบางซื่อ กรุงเทพมหานคร ย้อนหลังไปในปี พ.ศ.2490 คุณประดิษฐ์ เปรมโยธิน ได้ก่อตั้งสำนักงานกฎหมายขึ้นในนาม “ธรรมนิติ” และต่อมาในปี พ.ศ.2521 ได้เปลี่ยนเป็น “บริษัท ธรรมนิติ จำกัด”และแปลงสภาพเป็น “บริษัทมหาชน” ในปี พ.ศ. 2539
